Based on the purpose that the actual carving control platform can effectively read the data parameters from CAD software design graphics,this paper adopts that the strong AutoCAD drawing function combines with C language powerful calculation,input and output functionsThough the research and analysis of AutoCAD DXF file data format and composition,combining with C language file management function,the C language and AutoCAD interface program is designed and the specific design method is givenThe method in this paper is proved applicable and convenient by the experiment that the data channel is established between the self developed software and AutoCAD to realize data transfer and sharing(that is extracting the coordinate of the DXFentity,such as a straight line,round,etc)

Design of DXF data file interface program based on the VC

According to the construction of virtual laboratory and the needs of industrial application,the experiment platform aims at the function of visual measurement,defect detection,target location and recognition,target tracking etc. The experimental platform utilizes the Ideabox industrial-strength controller to realize multi-axis motion planning,which reforms the faults of enclosed structure of traditional PLC and poor compatibility with other equipment and the low application in motion control etc. It developed machine vision processing software based on VC + + and integrated OPC function and developed control processes and control programs based on the goals and functions. The verification through the practical application indicates that,the experiment platform of multi-axis motion control which based on machine vision has practical significance in the construction of virtual laboratory and industrial application.

Hinge Precision Inspection System Based on Machine Vision

Larger workpiece's size visual detection needs to combine motion control and image mosaic to ensure accuracy. Usually the complex flat parts have many test items therefore require tedious path planning which affect detection efficiency and accuracy. This paper researched and developed a intelligent path generation method using image interaction. The method is based on DXF drawing file analysis, combined with smart interaction, image restructure and sample point automatic positioning to achieve plane size detection automatic processing and path planning. Application results shown that this method surely reduced difficulty of complex workpiece's detection process planning and increased detection system's efficiency and accuracy. Furthermore, its easily extended application to 3D or other measure system also improved intelligent level.
