Low levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and cognitive decline

TL;DR: Evaluated the longitudinal association between low LDL-C levels and cognition decline in the context of the current aggressive guideline-recommended targets, and found that compared to participants with LDL- C levels 70–99.9 mg/dL, those with cholesterol levels less than 55mg/dL are more likely to suffer cognitive decline.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dose-Response Relationship Between Long-Term Blood Pressure Variability and Cognitive Decline

TL;DR: In this article, the authors evaluated whether higher long-term blood pressure variability was associated with accelerated rate of cognitive decline and evaluated potential dose-response relationship and used segmented regression to analyze doseresponse relationship.
Journal ArticleDOI
