Utilization of teaching materials with the latest innovation called mobile learning can be applied in learning using Android-based smartphones. Kingdom Plantae is a complex material so it needs effective teaching materials using Information Technology (IT). The development of IT has not been utilized as teaching materials. This study aims to develop Android-based e-module as a teaching material for the X-class students of Plantae kingdom's worthy, practical and effective materials. Research and Development (R & D) stages include identification of potential and problems, data, e-module design, e-module validation, revision I e-module design, small-scale trial, revision II e-module design, large-scale trials, final revision and product of the Android-based e-module material of Plantae kingdom. Data completion method is done by giving questionnaire of media and material validity, and questionnaire of practicality on small and wide scale test. Data analysis used descriptive percentage. The result of the research shows e-module worthy of teaching materials with material percentage of material 81,75% and media 88,46%. E-modules are practically used as teaching materials with a percentage of 83.05% scale test and 88.06% widescreen scale and e-modules with effectively average N-Gains of 0.61 (medium category). Based on these results, can get Android-based e-module can be used as a teaching material of high school students X class of Plantae kingdom.

Development of E-Module Based Android for Teaching Material of Plantae Kingdom Topic

Penelitian dan pengembangan bahan ajar Fisika berbasis masalah menggunakan aplikasi eXe-Learning dan Android ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan peningkatan kemampuan mengevaluasi peserta didik pada pembelajaran Fisika. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model ADDIE . Sebagai subyek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo. Instrumen berupa lembar keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar validasi produk, lembar observasi kemamampuan mengevaluasi, angket respon peserta didik, dan tes hasil belajar. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh: validasi kelayakan bahan ajar oleh dosen ahli dan guru Fisika memperoleh skor 3,44 dalam kategori cukup baik, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menunjukkan percentage agreement sebesar 89,52%, (reliabel); hasil uji kemampuan peserta didik dalam mengevaluasi selama proses pembelajaran diperoleh N- gain 0,359 pada kategori peningkatan sedang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar Fisika SMA berbasis masalah menggunakaan Android layak dan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar Fisika. The research and development of problem-based Physics teaching materials using the eXe-Learning and Android application aims to determine the feasibility and improve the students ability to evaluate in learning Physics. This study refers to the ADDIE development model. As the subject of the study were students of class X of SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo. The instruments used in the study were learning implementation sheets, product validation sheets, observation sheets for the ability to evaluate, student questionnaire responses, and learning outcome tests. Based on the data analysis of the study obtained: the feasibility validation of teaching materials by expert lecturers and Physics teachers scored 3.44 in the fairly good category, while reliability testing showed a percentage agreement of 89.52%, (reliable); the test results of students' ability in evaluating during the learning process obtained N-gain 0.359 on the medium improvement category. It can be concluded that the High School Physics teaching materials based on problems use Android appropriately and can be used as an alternative to Physics teaching materials.

Abstrak. Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi memiliki dampak yang sangat penting terhadap dunia pendidikan khususnya pada perubahan kurikulum yang bertujuan menciptakan sistem pendidikan terbaik di Indonesia. Kurikulum 2013 edisi revisi merupakan perubahan kurikulum terakhir yang dilakukan pemerintah dimana bahan ajar merupakan komponen penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar elektronik berbasis android dengan pendekatan saintifik pada mata pelajaran perbankan dasar di SMK Negeri 2 Kediri. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah model pengembangan 4-D (define, design, develop, dan desseminate) oleh Thiagarajan, Semmel, dan Semmel, namun penelitian hanya dilakukan sampai tahap develop saja. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan hasil kelayakan materi sebesar 87% dengan kriteria sangat baik, kelayakan Bahasa sebesar 88% dengan kriteria sangat baik, dan kelayakan kegrafikan sebesar 83% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Rata-rata dari ketiga komponen kelayakan ahli sebesar 85,5%. Rata-rata persentase respon peserta didik sebesar 89% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Pengembangan bahan ajar elektronik berbasis android dengan pendekatan saintifik pada mata pelajaran perbankan dasar di smk negeri 2 kediri

Abstrak: Riset ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa E-modul berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada materi persuratan untuk membantu proses pembelajaran di SMKN Mojoagung kelas X OTKP. Riset ini menggunakan R&D dengan model 4D yaitu Define, Design,  Develop, tetapi tidak sampai Disseminate karena..keterbatasan waktu dan biaya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Terdapat 20 responden yaitu siswa kelas X OTKP 3. Produk dari riset pengembangan ini diuji oleh ahli materi, media, dan bahasa. Dari hasil validasi diketahui bahwa kelayakan materi dari validasi ahli materi sebesar 90 persen, validasi ahli grafis 96,3 persen, dan validasi ahli bahasa 80 persen. Dari hasil validasi ketiga validator tersebut diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 88,7 persen dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil respons siswa memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 78,8 persen dengan kategori positif di mana dapat dinyatakan bahwa E-modul  ini dapat digunakan untuk menunjang pembelajaran materi persuratan.Abstract:  This research aims to develop teaching materials in the form of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) E-modules on correspondence materials to assist the learning process at SMKN Mojoagung class X OTKP. This research uses R&D with a 4D model, namely Define, Design, Develop, but did not reach Disseminate due to time and cost limitations. Data analysis techniques use quantitative and qualitative. Twenty respondents, namely students of class X OTKP 3, participated in the study. The product of this research was validated by materials, media, and language experts. The results reveal that the feasibility of the product from the materials expert was 90 percent; from graphic expert was 96.3 percent; and from linguist expert was 80 percent. From these results, it obtains an average of 88.7 percent with a very decent category. The results of student responses obtain an average of 78.8 percent with a positive category. So, it is concluded that this E-module can be used to support learning correspondence materials.

The Development of Problem-Based Learning E-Modules on Correspondence Materials

Learning resources is one of the needs in the learning process. To ensure the learning process conducted effectively, learning resources must fulfill requirement of curriculum, such as by using technology to get facilities of access and flexibility in learning. This journal aims to develop learning resources, determine the appropriateness of learning resources, and determine student responses through the development of the Governance Staffing Automation Based on Android and Scientific e-module on Class XI OTKP 2 Odd Semester Material at SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo. To carry out these developments, a 4-D research model was used with data collection in the form of material expert validation, language expert validation, graphic expert validation and student responses. The results of the study stated that the e-modules developed in the category were very suitable to be used as learning resources in terms of validations result of material feasibility is 96,57%, language feasibility 95,71%, and feasibility of graphic 92,67%. If averaged, the result of product feasibility obtained a percentage of 94,98%. Then, the student response results obtained score of 94,58%.

The purpose of this research is analyzing the archive management and the effectiveness of archive management on record system in Lembaga Manajemen Infaq Surabaya. The type of this research is descriptive research, while the approach used in this research is qualitative approach. Subjects in this study are all archive employees in Lembaga Manajemen Infaq Surabaya. Pengaruh Penggunaan Smartphone dan E-Learning Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Dalam Masa Pelatihan Kerja

Various studies show that companies and organizations have realized that knowledge-based capital is an important company asset. Managing the company's knowledge-based capital is one of the important tasks to encourage companies to compete with other companies. This study aims to identify the knowledge-based capital in human capital, structural capital, and capital employed by companies and its effect on investment decisions that affect company value. Through literature review, this concept also incorporates managers' risk attitude, which is part of ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) to develop the concept of Knowledge-based Risk Management (KBRM). Based on path analysis using AMOS, the result shows direct influence of human capital and capital employed on investment decisions is not significant. Meanwhile, the direct influence is significant. Investment decision does not mediate the relationship between human capital, structural capital, and capital employed on company value. Furthermore, managers' attitude to risk as risk-averse weakens the relationship between investment decisions and company value. Based on that result, companies need to reconsider managers’ behaviour in facing risks so that managers able to take risks when deciding on investments in the future and increase the value of the company.
