Efficient reconciliation and flow control for anti-entropy protocols
TL;DR: The paper shows that anti-entropy protocols can process only a limited rate of updates, and proposes and evaluates a new state reconciliation mechanism as well as a flow control scheme for anti-Entropy protocols.

Decentralized request routing
Christopher C. Thomas,Christopher Reddy Kommareddy,Preetha Chatterjee,Nan Zhong,Mitchell Sundt,Vivek Rai +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, a client server evaluates feedback information received by the client server from at least one of a plurality of host servers and transmits the request to the selected one of the plurality of hosts.

Automated load balancing architecture
Nan Zhong,Christopher C. Thomas,Venkates Paramasivam Balakrishnan,Sandesh A. Doddameti,Preetha Chatterjee,Erik Ackermann,Ameet Nirmal Vaswani,Vikas Mehta,Paul Coleman +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a workflow engine is used to assign the access point to a load balancer, configure the load balancing, assign a network address to the load balancing, and publish the network address for a plurality of clients.

Distributed load balancing with imperfect workload information
TL;DR: In this article, a load balancer obtains respective workload metrics of various worker nodes of a distributed system and assigns the work request to a selected worker node from the candidate pool.
