Perspectivas do uso da psicodinâmica do trabalho no Brasil: teoria, pesquisa e ação

The objectives of this study were to describe the facilitating and impeding factors towards self-care among nursing students and to discuss implications for the workers health perspective. This exploratory study included 33 teachers from three Brazilian Nursing Schools in Federal Universities in the states of Rio de Janeiro as subjects. The facilitating factors were related to consciousness towards self-care, remuneration, the personal relationship, and creativity. The impeding factors were remuneration, work organization, excess activities, a lack of time, and low self-esteem. The impeding factors overwhelm the facilitating factors to self-care, characterizing themselves as obstacles to self-care practices, generating demotivation and prejudices to the student's health and the institution, thus making it possible to cut into one's free time and implying less leisure time, rest, and spending time with family and friends. A Comunicação como Importante Ferramenta nas Orientações em uma Unidade de Hemodiálise: um estudo reflexivo"

RESUMO O objeto deste estudo foi atitudes e práticas do professor de enfermagem no cuidar de si. Sobre atitude e práticas entender-se-á por a opinião dos sujeitos sobre o assunto cuidar de si e a execução desta opinião, respectivamente. O tema cuidar de si na enfermagem vem sendo abordado à luz de algumas concepções, como: Cuidar de Si para cuidar do outro 1-2; Cuidar de Si na perspectiva sujeito-self (eu-mim)3; Cuidar de Si na dimensão do cuidar do corpo4. Outra concepção que aparece conquistando um espaço acadêmico e institucional cada vez maior para a compreensão das práticas e do trabalho da enfermagem é a do Cuidado de Si Mesmo desenvolvido a partir das percepções de Foucault sobre epiméleia heautoû – que os gregos utilizavam para designar uma série de atitudes ligadas ao cuidado de si mesmo, ao fato de ocupar-se e de preocupar-se consigo e gnôthi seautón – conhece-te a ti mesmo, segundo o pensamento ocidental5-6. A utilização das abordagens supracitadas vem contribuindo para o aprofundamento dos estudos voltados para a saúde do trabalhador da área da saúde, principalmente do enfermeiro assistente, professor e/ou pesquisador. Com relação ao professor, este quase nunca consegue colocar em prática seus conhecimentos sobre o cuidar de si, pois tem uma grande demanda de trabalho e esta quase nunca é executada dentro da instituição na qual o professor trabalha, pois sua carga horária não contempla na prática essa atividade. O trabalho do professor não se restringe ao exercício de sua função dentro da sala de aula, exige atualização e preparo constantes para ser realizado de modo satisfatório. Atitudes e práticas do docente de enfermagem sobre o cuidar de si na perspectiva da saúde do trabalhador

Objective: reflecting about the moral suffering during nurse teacher. Method: theoretical reflection, which was defined into two categories: ethical issues in nursing work, nurse teacher and moral distress. Results: among the factors that cause ethical problems in nursing work has been disrespect for the rights of the patient, lack of human and material resources, difficulties in interpersonal relations and working conditions. Consequently emphasize the decline in quality of work and attitudes to ethical implications for themselves, for patients and for the whole team. With regard to nurse teachers, there is academic dishonesty, coercive hierarchy and disability in didactic and pedagogical training as causes of moral distress. Conclusion: it is essential to recognize and help those who suffer. For this, it takes courage and proves, explicitly, against unethical behavior, even when others are silent or differ in opinion. Metodo: reflexao teorica, no qual se definiu duas categorias: os problemas eticos no trabalho do enfermeiro; o enfermeiro docente e o sofrimento moral. Resultados: entre os fatores que causam problemas eticos no trabalho do enfermeiro tem-se desrespeito aos direitos do paciente, insuficiencia de recursos humanos e materiais, dificuldades nas relacoes interpessoais e condicoes de trabalho. Como consequencia ressalta-se a queda na qualidade do trabalho e atitudes com implicacoes eticas para si, para os pacientes e para toda a equipe. No que concerne ao enfermeiro docente, destaca-se a desonestidade academica, a hierarquia coercitiva e a deficiencia na formacao didatico-pedagogica como causadores do sofrimento moral. Conclusao: e imprescindivel reconhecer e ajudar a quem sofre. Para isso, e preciso ter coragem e revelar-se, explicitamente, contra o comportamento antietico, mesmo quando os outros se calam ou divergem de opiniao. Metodo: la reflexion teorica, que define dos categorias: cuestiones eticas en el trabajo de enfermeria, la ensenanza y la angustia moral del enfermero. Resultados: entre los factores que causan los problemas eticos en el trabajo de enfermeria ha sido una falta de respeto por los derechos del paciente, la falta de recursos humanos y materiales, dificultades en las relaciones interpersonales y las condiciones de trabajo. En consecuencia destaca se la disminucion de la calidad del trabajo y las actitudes a las implicaciones eticas para si mismos, para los pacientes y para todo el equipo. Con respecto a la ensenanza de los enfermeros, hay deshonestidad academica, la jerarquia coercitiva y la discapacidad en la formacion didactica y pedagogica como causas de la angustia moral. Conclusion: es esencial reconocer y ayudar a los que sufren. Para ello, se necesita valor y demostrar explicitamente contra el comportamiento poco etico, aun cuando otros no dicen nada o difieren en la opinion. Reflexão sobre o sofrimento moral no trabalho do enfermeiro docente

This is a cutting of my master, thisI had as objective to know the nurses-educators self-critical expressions concerning the working process on professional teaching for technical nursing. was based on the constructive, social-interactive conception by Vygotsky, which assembled expressions from a nursing teaching group who works in a Brazilian South region state. There were carried out thematic and systematic meetings with the subjects of this study where their reports about their respective pedagogical experiences were explored. It was used the method proposed by Trentini and Paim as an analysis procedure. The results point out that these nurses-educators express their pleasure of working with technical nursing teaching. They also show that the different kind of problems they face during the working process can lead them to all sort of devaluation. Apart from this, the results point out some aspects that are indicatives of internal organization of a social institution as interactive among the subjects of this education level. It also shows that this kind of organization seems to keep changing the pedagogical competence of this group.
