Fabrication of a graphene field effect transistor array on microchannels for ethanol sensing

TL;DR: In this paper, a new approach to the fabrication of back-gated graphene FET (field effect transistor) arrays on microchannels was investigated, where narrow walls fabricated on a substrate with SU-8 (a negative photoresist), with top metal electrodes were pressed onto another silicon/SiO 2 substrate with predeposited graphene pieces such that the electrodes came into contact with graphene pieces and formed the source and drain contact.
Journal ArticleDOI

Thermal Stress Induce Formation Nanogaps in Surface Conduction Electron Emitter

TL;DR: In this paper, a simple process based on the above method is explored to induce and control Pd film to crack or delamination with crack which can be used as excellent electrode of surface conduction electron emitter.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fabrication of Patterned Graphene FETs Array

TL;DR: In this article, a new approach of fabrication of back-gated graphene FETs array based on the nano-wall channel between the source and the drain was investigated, where a patterned metal film on three-dimentional nanowall structure prepared by photo lithography was used as a source and a drain to bond the graphite foil.
Journal ArticleDOI

Graphene FETs with Combined Structure and Transparent Top

TL;DR: In this article, a micromechanical cleavage method is used to produce grapheme, which is acquired by peeling graphite foil off from transparent sticky tape repeatedly.
