TL;DR: In this paper, a cross-sectional study on a heterogeneous sample (average age of 28 ± 12 years, 62.6% females) of the University of Naples Federico II (Italy) was conducted to describe the lifestyle change in the university population during quarantine for the COVID 19 pandemic.

Residual effects of mental fatigue on subjective fatigue, reaction time and cardiac responses

TL;DR: The data suggest that mental fatigue can alter psychological responses for up to ~15 min after its induction, and mental fatigue may impair cognitive reaction time performance without changing autonomic cardiac responses.

TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of months of birth on anthropometry, body composition, biological maturation, and motor performance in young Brazilian soccer players was investigated, and the results showed that U-13 players showed lower values compared to U-15 and U-17 players in tests of motor performance.

Effects of Combined Endurance and Resistance Training in Women With Multiple Sclerosis: A Randomized Controlled Study.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors tested the hypothesis that combined resistance and endurance training would improve muscle strength, fatigue, depression, and quality of life in persons with MS and found significant changes in maximal voluntary isometric contraction (MVIC), 1RM leg extension, and 1RM chest press following the intervention period in the EXP group (P 0.05).
