Abstract: The objective of this research was to build traffic noise forecasting models for different site typologies. A database was built that contained traffic and noise data and geometrical characteristics of the sites. The database has been used to test the reliability of several models. The research also evaluates the sensitivity of current models in respect to the variation considered of time periods.
