Image Quality Improvement in Sparse-View X-Ray Phase-Contrast Trimodal CBCT With Multifrequency Fringe Modulation and Iterative Methods

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper proposed a multifrequency model to simulate the mechanical instability of the system and put forward novel iterative image reconstruction methods named multifrequency fringe modulated Talbot-Lau interferometry (MFM-TLI) and maximum likelihood expectation maximization (MLEM)-fast iterative shrinkage thresholding algorithm (FISTA)-total variation (TV) to improve the image quality in sparse-view trimodal CBCT.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of optical aberrations on localization of MINFLUX super-resolution microscopy.

TL;DR: In this article , the effects of different low-order aberrations on the MINFLUX system through both theoretical limits and Monte Carlo methods were analyzed, and it was shown that defocus and spherical aberration have little effect on 2D localization performance, whereas astigmatism and coma have significant negative effects.
Journal ArticleDOI

Accurate Background Reduction in Adaptive Optical Three-Dimensional Stimulated Emission Depletion Nanoscopy by Dynamic Phase Switching

TL;DR: In this article , a dynamic phase switching method was proposed to improve the signal-to-background ratio (SBR) of 3D-STED images by switching to a counterclockwise vortex phase mask and a top-hat one with an incorrect inner radius.
Journal ArticleDOI

High-Precision and Rapid Direct Laser Writing Using a Liquid Two-Photon Polymerization Initiator.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors proposed a strategy to prepare TPIs as liquids via molecular design, which significantly increases the maximum weight fraction of the as-prepared liquid TPI in photoresist.
