TL;DR: In this article, different concentrations of Sm 3+ ions doped zinc potassium fluorophosphate glasses (PKAMZFSm: P 2 O 5 ǫ + K 2 Oǫ+ MgOǫǫ −Al 2 O 3 ) were synthesized via melt quench technique and physical properties and refractive indices of the present glasses were evaluated.
