Gastrointestinal Chlamydia-Induced CD8+ T Cells Promote Chlamydial Pathogenicity in the Female Upper Genital Tract.

TL;DR: In this paper, the role of CD8+ T cells in the promotion of hydrosalpinx by gastrointestinal Chlamydia was further investigated, and it was shown that CD8 + T cells induced by gastrointestinal chlamydia are both necessary and sufficient for promoting hypertropia in the genital tract.
Journal ArticleDOI

Diagnosis and treatment of cervical incompetence combined with intrauterine adhesions.

TL;DR: Pre-pregnancy laparoscopic cervical cerclage has a good prognosis in patients with CI complicated by moderate to severe IUAs, and it is necessary to separate the adhesion prior to evaluating the cervical competency with the No. 7 Hegar dilator.
Journal ArticleDOI

The role of preoperative 3D-ultrasound in intraoperative judgement for hysteroscopic adhesiolysis.

TL;DR: This study showed that preoperative 3D-TVUS evaluation helped the hysteroscopists with their intraoperative decision-making while carrying out HA, with a better surgical success rate in retrieving the fallopian tube ostia and the restoration of normal uterine cavity morphology.
Journal ArticleDOI

The value of transvaginal 4-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography in predicting the necessity of assisted reproductive technology for women with tubal factor infertility

TL;DR: It is suggested that TV 4D HyCoSy could have potential to be used to assess the necessity of post-HyCoSy ART intervention in patients with TFI, and could be of benefit in reducing the incidence of overtreatment and potential complications of ART.
Journal ArticleDOI

Hysteroscopic adhesiolysis using blunt spreading dissection technique in severe intrauterine adhesions with false passage

TL;DR: A 31 years old G3P1 (C-Section) A2 patient attended the authors' hospital with a history of amenorrhea for 70 days following surgical termination of an 8w4d missed abortion with no cyclic lower abdominal pain.
