P3D-CTN: Pseudo-3D Convolutional Tube Network for Spatio-Temporal Action Detection in Videos

TL;DR: Evaluations on two benchmark datasets demonstrate that the proposed Pseudo-3D-CTN has superior performances in the task of action label prediction and yields state-of-the-art results for spatio-temporal action detection.
Journal ArticleDOI

Deep Spatio-temporal Adaptive 3D Convolutional Neural Networks for Traffic Flow Prediction

TL;DR: The Deep Spatio-temporal Adaptive 3D Convolution Neural Network (ST-A3DNet) is proposed, which is a new scheme to solve both spatio-tem temporal correlation and flexibility, and consider spatio/temporal complexity (complex external factors, such as weather and holidays).
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Data Driven Regularization for Convolutional Neural Networks on Image Classification

TL;DR: Two data driven techniques are designed including SwitchNode and SwitchConnect, which employ the sparsity of deterministic data to regularize convolutional neural network models, and verified by the performance gain experimented on several benchmark image classification datasets.
