TL;DR: This article proposes a new authenticated group key agreement protocol which works in non-abelian near-rings and proves that it meets the security attributes under the assumption that the twist conjugacy search problem (TCSP) is hard in near-ring.
Abstract: Nowadays some promising authenticated group key agreement protocols are constructed on braid groups, dynamic groups, pairings and bilinear pairings. Hence the non-abelian structure has attracted cryptographers to construct public-key cryptographic protocols. In this article, we propose a new authenticated group key agreement protocol which works in non-abelian near-rings. We have proved that our protocol meets the security attributes under the assumption that the twist conjugacy search problem (TCSP) is hard in near-ring.

TL;DR: Different accessible strategies and methods that have been utilized as a part of the past exploration concentrates on furthermore gives the bearing to further research in the different field of inactive unique finger impression application.
Abstract: Latent fingerprint has become more popular and attracted among the researchers in the recent days and it has been used widely in security such as India’s Aadhaar project, Department of Homeland Security’s US-VISIT program, the UK Border Agency, law enforcement and forensic applications. There have been different biometric traits that were used for matching to identify the person. While investigation a small number of accesses are recognized in latent fingerprint images because the fingerprint has own individuality. Latent fingerprint has been consisting some challenges in term of poor quality images, unclear texture and nonlinear distortion, appropriate matching algorithm and publicly available latent fingerprint database. Consequently, the study has considered and talked about different accessible strategies and methods that have been utilized as a part of the past exploration concentrates on furthermore gives the bearing to further research in the different field of inactive unique finger impres...

TL;DR: In this work, a new distance measure has been proposed for latent fingerprint edge detection using Intuitionistic Type-2 Fuzzy Entropy (IT2FE) and a comprehensible definition is made for IntUitionistictype-2 fuzzy Sets ( IT2FS).
Abstract: A latent fingerprint is an interesting issue because of it has attained from crime places and moreover contained a low quality image, less number of features and unwanted noises. It is necessity to extract the original image with exact boundary from the surface for further processing such as authentication, identification and matching. In this work, a new distance measure has been proposed for latent fingerprint edge detection using Intuitionistic Type-2 Fuzzy Entropy IT2FE and a comprehensible definition is made for Intuitionistic Type-2 Fuzzy Sets IT2FS. IT2FS takes into account of uncertainty in the form of membership function which is also termed as Intuitionistic Type-2 Fuzzy Divergence IT2FD. The experiment is conducted with public domain fingerprint databases such as FVC-2004 and IIIT-latent fingerprint. The edge detection is carried out with the proposed method and the results are discovered better regarding existing method.

TL;DR: The proposed enhancement of the intuitionistic type II fuzzy set theory results showed that it is more effective, especially, very useful for forensic science operations.
Abstract: A novel contrast image enhancement of fingerprint images using intuitionistic type II fuzzy set theory is recommended in this work. The method of Hamacher T co-norm(S norm) which generates a new membership function with the help of upper and lower membership function of type II fuzzy set. The finger print identification is one of the very few techniques employed in forensic science to aid criminal investigations in daily life, providing access control in financial security;-, visa related services, as well as others. Mostly fingerprint images are poorly illuminated and hardly visible, so it is necessary to enhance the input images. The enhancement is useful for authentication and matching. The fingerprint enhancement is vital for identifying and authenticating people by matching their fingerprints with the stored one in the database. The proposed enhancement of the intuitionistic type II fuzzy set theory results showed that it is more effective, especially, very useful for forensic science operations. The experimental results were compared with non-fuzzy, fuzzy, intuitionistic fuzzy and type II fuzzy methods in which the proposed method offered better results with good quality, less noise and low blur features.

TL;DR: This study develops an approach that incorporates power aggregation operators with the evaluation based on distance from average solution (EDAS) method under linguistic neutrosophic situations to solve fuzzy multi-criteria group decision-making problems.
Abstract: This study develops an approach that incorporates power aggregation operators with the evaluation based on distance from average solution (EDAS) method under linguistic neutrosophic situations to solve fuzzy multi-criteria group decision-making problems. Firstly, the existing operational laws and comparison methods of linguistic neutrosophic numbers (LNNs) are analysed. Secondly, the distance measurement between two LNNs is defined. Thirdly, the power-weighted averaging operator and the power-weighted geometric operator with LNNs are developed to support the decision makers’ evaluation information. The models to derive the criteria weights are also constructed based on the proposed distance measurements. Finally, the EDAS method is extended to resolve group decision-making problems in the linguistic neutrosophic environment. An illustrative example of the property management company selection is given to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed approach.

TL;DR: In this paper, some Dombi Heronian mean operators with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFNs) are proposed and two MADM (multiple attribute decision making) methods are proposed based on IVIFWDHM and IVifWDGHM operators.
Abstract: With China's sustained economic development and constant increase in national income, Chinese nationals' tourism consumption rate increases. As a major Chinese economic development engine, the domestic tourism industry has entered a transition period operation pattern featured by diversified products. Among them, as a new hot spot of the tourism industry in China, ecological tourism has enjoyed rapid development, with great potential. Thus, the ecological value evaluation of forest ecological tourism demonstration areas is very important to the domestic tourism industry. In this paper, we propose some Dombi Heronian mean operators with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFNs). Then, two MADM (multiple attribute decision making) methods are proposed based on IVIFWDHM (interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Dombi Heronian mean) and IVIFWDGHM (interval-valued intuitionistic weighted Dombi geometric Heronian mean) operators. Finally, we gave an experimental case for evaluating the ecological value of forest ecological tourism demonstration area to show the proposed decision methods.

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper constructed index system of forest ecological security and forestry management efficiency, based on 30 provinces, with the help of Super-CCR model, coupling coordination model and spatial panel models.
Abstract: Improving efficiency of forestry management, especially to meet demand for forest products while still considering environmental concerns, is a critical challenge in China. In this study, we constructed index system of forest ecological security and forestry management efficiency, based on 30 provinces. With the help of Super-CCR model, coupling coordination model and spatial panel models, the coupling coordination degree of forest ecological security and forestry management efficiency, and its spatiotemporal pattern characteristics and influencing factors of each province in China from 2003 to 2017 were measured and analyzed. Results showed that, first, in terms of forestry management efficiency, the number of DEA-efficiency provinces increased between 2003 and 2017, yet was still below 50% of all provinces. Efficiency values of most provinces in the Southern Forest Region increased significantly, whereas those of the Northern Forest Region decreased. In terms of forest ecological security, the index increased overall, with most high-value areas in the Northeast, Southwest, and Southern Forest Regions. Second, coupling coordination degree varied from near no coordination to intermediate coordination. Except for a decline in the Northern Region, the degree of coupling coordination in the other regions demonstrated an upward trend, with the growth from high to low in the Southern, Southwest and Northeast Forest Region. Spatially, high values appeared mainly in the Southern and Southwest Forest Regions, while low values mainly concentrated in the Northern Forest Region. Third, coupling coordination was affected by many factors, including nature, population, economy, society, and technological progress, driving temporal patterns and regional differences. This study provides a theoretical reference framework for decision making for forest management in China.
