The tobacco endgame: the importance of targets and geography
TL;DR: The World Health Organization (World Health Organization, 2015) sets a target of a minimum 30% relative reduction in the prevalence of current tobacco use in persons aged 15 years or over by 2025, but many countries have set much more ambit ious targets, with a number having taken the denormalization of smoking philosophy so far that they have set national targets by which they aim to be smoke free.

Greenwashing tobacco—attempts to eco-label a killer product
TL;DR: The European Union currently prohibits the use of eco-labelling on tobacco products as mentioned in this paper, and although Big Tobacco has overtly embraced Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), it would be naive not to view this move as anything other than an attempt to hide a wolf in sheep's clothing.
