On the BRST Quantization of the Massless Bosonic Particle in Twistor-Like Formulation

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors studied the BRST-BFV quantization prescription of a twistor-like particle and showed that the number of new auxiliary Lorentz-covariant coordinates, which one introduces to get a system of first-class constraints in an extended phase space, exceeds the total number of independent second class constraints.

ModMax Electrodynamics and Charged Particles

TL;DR: In this article , the authors consider couplings of electrically and magnetically charged sources to the maximally symmetric non-linear extension of Maxwell's theory called ModMax and reveal physical effects which distinguish ModMax from Maxwell's electrodynamics.
Book ChapterDOI

Duality and Selfduality of Chiral Boson Fields in Various Dimensions

TL;DR: In this article, the duality symmetry and Lorentz-covariance of self-dual fields (chiral bosons) is studied. But the authors do not consider the problem of how to construct an action for such fields which would simultaneously possess both duality and cosine symmetry.
