TL;DR: Welsch et al. as mentioned in this paper compared Hispanic entrepreneurs with non-Hispanic entrepreneurs using t-tests and found that Hispanic entrepreneurs have significantly higher levels of "Machiavellianism" and rigidity and that they perceived more operational problems.
