TL;DR: An overview of the diversity, distribution, nesting behaviour, traditional knowledge and use of stingless bees in Gabon is presented and a total of 16 species were recorded and grouped into 5 genera: Cleptotrigona, Dactylurina, Meliponula, Hypotrigonia and Liotrigona.
