The invention relates to an exhaust manifold ( 12 ) consisting of: an outer casing ( 18 ) comprising an outer shell ( 22 ) and a flange ( 24 ) which is welded to the outer shell ( 22 ) and which is equipped with a surface ( 24 B) that is supported by an engine head and at least one hole ( 28 ) which opens onto said support surface ( 24 A); and at least one internal conduit ( 20 ) which is disposed in the outer casing ( 18 ) and which terminates in a hole ( 28 ). The invention is characterised in that: each internal conduit ( 20 ) is formed from a ceramic material; and each internal conduit ( 20 ) extends through the flange ( 24 ) by means of each hole ( 28 ) and comprises an extension ( 32 ) that extends outside the outer casing ( 18 ) towards the exterior and beyond the support surface ( 24 A).
