TL;DR: Groups of 30 turkeys were vaccinated by the drinking water route against fowl cholera with varying doses of the low virulence, CU strain, of Pasteurella mulocida, and challenged with a large dose of virulent P. multocida (P-1059) three weeks after vaccination.

All questions relating to breeding and production fall naturally into his sphere of work as mentioned in this paper. But unless, however, the methods of selling the produce are calculated to yield an adequate return and leave a satisfactory profit to those engaged in this pursuit, his labour will be jeopardized if not actually made useless.
