PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dioxins treatment method which can treat dioxins- containing water at a low cost, produces only a small amount of sludge, and enables sludge after the desorption of contained dioxins to be reused. SOLUTION: This treatment method comprises generating water-insoluble photosensitive silver chloride in dioxins-containing water, exposing the silver chloride having adsorbed the dioxins to light, e.g. ultraviolet rays, to improve the agglomeration properties of the silver chloride, and separating the light- exposed silver chloride from water by a separation means.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having excellent slidableness and flame retardance by adding specific compatibilizing agents and a phosphate ester-based flame retardant to a plycarbonate resin, wherein the flame retardant further acts as a sliding agent for reducing the abrasion of an article produced from the composition in the early time of sliding. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (A) a polycarbonate resin, (B) a modified polyolefin-based resin and (C) a compound of the formula: HOOC- R-NH2 (R is a >=5C alkylene, phenylene or the like) (for example, 6- aminocaproic acid) as compatibilizing agents, and (D) a compound of the formula [Ar is phenyl; Ar' is phenyl, biphenyl or the like; (n) is an integer of >=1] as a flame retardant. The component B is preferably a copolymer prepared by graft-copolymerizing acrylic acid or maleic anhydride to a high density polyethylene, or the like. The component D is preferably a mixture of triphenyl phosphate with bisphenol-A bis(dicresyl phosphate), or the like.
