TL;DR: Employ Your Mind (EYM) as mentioned in this paper integrates cognitive remediation with vocational rehabilitation to improve cognitive skills and psychosocial outcomes relevant to employment for people with severe mental illness. But it is difficult to obtain employment for individuals with SMI.
