Genome-wide analysis of GRAS transcription factor gene family in Gossypium hirsutum L.

TL;DR: The gene structure and motif distribution analysis of the GRAS members in G. hirsutum revealed that many genes of the SHR subfamily have more than one intron, which indicated these genes may have effect on the development and breeding of cotton.
Journal ArticleDOI

Isolation and identification of SiCOL5, which is involved in photoperiod response, based on the quantitative trait locus mapping of Setaria italica

TL;DR: In this paper , a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population consisting of 313 lines derived from a cross between the spring-sown cultivar Longgu 3 and the summer-grown cultivar Canggu 3 was established and a high-density genetic linkage map was constructed with an average distance between adjacent markers of 0.69 cM.
Journal ArticleDOI

Foxtail millet [Setaria italica (L.) P. Beauv.] grown under nitrogen deficiency exhibits a lower folate contents

TL;DR: In this paper , the content of folate derivatives of 29 diverse foxtail millet cultivars under two N regimes (0 and 150 kg N ha−1) for 2 years to explore folate potential grown under low N.
