The present invention relates to a lighting device (300) having a housing (302) and multiple light sources (308) arranged in the housing. The light sources emit light of a first wavelength range. The lighting device includes a wavelength converting member (310) arranged at a distance from the light sources, and it comprises a first wavelength converting material configured to convert a part of said light of a first wavelength range into light of a second wavelength range. The lighting device further includes a color distribution member (312) providing a color distribution of the light emitted from the lighting device where the ratio of intensity of light with the first wavelength range to the intensity of light with the second wavelength range is larger at low angles to a light output surface of the lighting device than at high angles to the light output surface.

Refractive optical system for collecting and concentrating solar energy

Three-dimensional display of images of objects, comprises reproducing tomographic images of object side-by-side and arranging lens sections with different focal lengths along common optical axis so that new images are produced. Method for three-dimensional display of images of objects comprises reproducing tomographic images or partial images (b1 - b4) of the object side-by-side simultaneously or cyclically. A series of lens sections with different focal lengths (f1 -f4) are arranged along a common optical axis (5) so that new images (a1 - a4) of the tomographic images are produced at different distances along the optical axis which give a three-dimensional effect when viewed along it. The lens sections preferably consist of a multifocal Fresnel lens (2). An Independent claim is included for production of a multifocal lens from a moldable blank comprises making several press molding tools for forming annular lens surfaces of different focal lengths. These are then separated into strips, each corresponding to a sector of the lens surface. The sections are then assembled so that each strip corresponds to a lens surface of a particular focal length and adjacent strips produce surfaces of different focal length. The lens is then press molded using the new tool.

The optical system has an optical section (40) with at least one optical body (31,30) is used for directionality and steering of the optical radiation (13,16). The optical body is associated with either the transmitter (11) or receiver (14) and the fresnel lenses are symmetrically constructed. The optical head holds an unstructured surface area side (35) which has a symmetrical indentation (33) with a similar side to a have a structured surface area side (32). The indentation supplies the structured surface area side of the optical head and is for the receiver/transmitter to detect the optical radiation facing the receiver/transmitter. The optical bodies are preferably Fresnel lenses and are made from plexiglass, with a diameter of 20mm and a thickness of 2mm.

Design for optical (IR) system

The solar cell (1) has a transparent substrate (2) made of plastic and an active layer (3) superimposed on the substrate. The substrate is manufactured by injection molding. The substrate has an optically structured surface (10,13), which is molded by injection molding. The solar cell has one or multiple active layers from the group of amorphous or polycrystalline silicon thin layers, semiconductor layers, thin layers or organic photoactive layers. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a solar cell.
