Kampung Beting is one of several floating villages that still exist in West Kalimantan. This first village in Pontianak city was originally the central of government, economic, and central of the spread of Islam in Pontianak. In the past, the people were also well-known for their politeness and hospitality. However, along with the times, the change that was happening was heading towards a negative direction instead. Nowadays, Kampung Beting is stigmatized and discriminated against due to the proliferation of crimes in this region, especially on drug abuse. In areas with stigma and discrimination, children are the most vulnerable party to being victims. As a form of concern for this region, especially for children, a group of people built a community called the Smart Beting Community. The Smart Beting Community strives to abolish stigma, eliminate discrimination, and to prevent the regeneration of drug abuse among the people of Kampung Beting by empowering children through Islamic character education which is packaged in The Beting Loves Quran’s Program and Beting Learning. Therefore, it is necessary to know how the characteristics of children and the impact of child empowerment by this Smart Beting Community. This study is used a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is done by direct observation, interview, and document review. The results of this study are the child empowerment through Islamic character education carried out by the Smart Beting Community was having a positive impact. Suggestions conveyed are the need for additional volunteers who served as instructors and makes clear and firm rules for the improvement and development of the community. In addition, there is also a need for more intensive cooperation with parents, the government and the society.

Sharia mortgage financing at PT Bank Permata Syariah Business Unit. Targets and achievements of Sharia KPR financing up to August 2018 there is a high enough gap because of not achieving the target. In addition, the ranking of Bank Permata Syariah which is still far below shows that the contribution of mortgage financing has not been high. This is caused by many factors including the financing process and product quality that still needs to be improved so that it affects the Buying decisions and also the repurchase of Bank Permata Syariah mortgage financing . This study aims to determine the effect of process and product quality on Buying and repurchase decisions. The design of this study was explanatory.The sampling technique in this study was the Bank Permata Syariah customers in the South Tangerang Region and filled out the questionnaire using the accidental sampling method but still fulfilled the specified criteria. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total population of 150 Permata Bank customers in the South Tangerang Region. By using the Slovin formula, a sample of 100 customers is obtained, the defined margin of error is 10% or 0.10. Quantitative analysis method with SEM analysis tools and Smart PLS and SPSS tools.

MODEL BUYING DECISION AND REPEAT PURCHASE: PRODUCT QUALITY ANALYSIS (Case Study of Bank Permata Syariah Jakarta KPR Financing Customers)

Systematic risk is a risk that cannot be avoided and eliminated by diversification, the fluctuation of this risk is influenced by macroeconomic factors. This study aims to analyze the effect of Degree of Economic Leverage (DEL), Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL), and Degree of Financial Leverage (DFL) on the property and agriculture sector in Indonesia. In this study, researcher used secondary data; those are weekly common stock return and weekly market return published by Indonesia Stock Exchange, for determining beta coefficients. Subsequently, sales, EBIT, EAT, and annual inflation are utilized to calculate DEL, DOL, and DFL. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling and sample selection criteria. This research used panel data regression analysis using E-views 9. The result of this research showed that (1) partially, only the variable DEL and DFL that influence significantly to systematic risks of stock on a property sector and (2) partially, only the variable DEL and DOL that influence significantly to systematic risks of stock on sector of agriculture. Therefore, investors should invest in property sector companies that have a low value of DEL, DOL, and DFL to minimize systematic risk of stocks. And in the agriculture sector companies investors should invest in companies that have a high value of DEL, DOL, and DFL to minimize the systematic risk of stocks.

The systematic risk of stocks: analysis of property and agriculture sector in indonesia

Generation Z is predicted to be tourism’s main target market in the next five to ten years. This generation’s social behaviour is relatively different from that of its predecessors, especially as they grew up and developed in the technological era. Market behaviour concerning tourism is important information for tourism industry stakeholders. They are required to always anticipate and adapt to changes in market behaviour or tourists especially how generation Z organises their travels (pre-trip, during the trip, and after the trip). This research seeks to identify these behaviours and to describe the media this generation use. The sample for this research is made up of adolescents who were born between 1995 and 2000 and lived in South Jakarta. A qualitative descriptive approach was Short Research Article Setiawan et al.; AIR, 17(2): 1-13, 2018; Article no.AIR.43872 2 used for this research, while the data analysis technique uses the triangulation method, or in other words by synchronising various data sources such as interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. The study found that Generation Z can be categorised as ‘digital tourists’ as they are highly dependent on and intensively use (six to 16 hours per day) technologies such as gadgets, social media, and the Internet. When travelling, they are more likely to utilise online media than conventional travel agencies to search for information and make reservations. Meanwhile, during their trip, Generation Z tends to obtain ‘direct contact’ with local people, having an interest in culture and culinary areas. In addition, whether a location is ‘Instagramable’ or not is a very important factor as most of their activities involve documenting images or videos and publishing these on their social media accounts. In general, due to their characteristics, this generation can be called ‘Incipient Mass’ tourists.

The Profile and Behaviour of ‘Digital Tourists’ When Making Decisions Concerning Travelling Case Study: Generation Z in South Jakarta

— Supply chain management has been widely used to deliver the products and services to end customers , which mainly effects on costumers decision. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions partially, promotion on purchasing decisions partially, and product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions simultaneously case study Botol Sosro tea product at Giant Mall Permata Tangerang. Data collections and information are taken from populations that are the object of the research or draw samples from existing populations by using the questionnaire. The respondents who will be observed with the Slovin formula are 100 respondents. Quantitative analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, followed by a determination analysis (R Square), partial hypothesis testing (t - test) and simultaneous (F test) with alpha 5 percent (0.05). Analysis tool uses SPSS version 23.0 for windows. The findings showed that product quality affects purchase decision partially, promotion affects purchase decisions partially, and product quality and promotion together affect purchase decision Botol Sosro tea product at Giant Mall Permata Tangerang simultaneously.

The interest in entrepreneurship in UNESA Labschool High School students is very low, and employment is reduced due to the COVID-19 pandemic that is detrimental to most business people. This condition increases the number of unemployed people in Indonesia, one way to overcome this is to foster an interest in entrepreneurship since it was still in school in accordance with Presidential Instruction No. 9 of 2016. This study aims to determine the influence of income expectations, family environment, and self-efficacy on students' entrepreneurial interests. This study used quantitative methods and data collection using questionnaires with a total of 112 respondents. The data was processed with the WarpPLS application and with SEM analysis can determine the influence of self-efficacy variables able to mediate income expectation variables and family environment variables with significant results on entrepreneurial interest variables. The result of this study is that income expectations have a positive and insignificant effect on entrepreneurial interest, but indirectly (through intervening variables) have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. The family environment directly has a significant and positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship, the family environment indirectly has a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship
