PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque sensor that does not require special processing of a device having a rotation output shaft, can be easily mounted to the device having the rotation output shaft, can be easily miniaturized, and has high versatility, and to provide a motor with a torque sensor. SOLUTION: The torque sensor 20 includes a coupling body where a pair of first thick sections 21 and a pair of second thick sections 22 are arranged alternately and an elastically deformable thin section 23 is coupled between the adjacent thick sections 21 and the second thick sections 22, and a strain gauge 30 arranged in each thin section 23. The thick sections 21 are formed integrally and connectably with a housing 13 of a motor 11 with a speed reducer, the second thick sections 22 are formed integrally and connectably with a fixed plate 12 and are displaceable in the arranging direction of the first thick sections 21 and the second thick sections 22. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pore water pressure meter for accurately measuring pore water pressure for a long term in an unsaturated ground while preventing air from getting mixed therein. SOLUTION: This pore water pressure meter comprises a container 10 having an inflow port (opening 12) for pore water only in its upper part, a water-permeable filter 30 for closing the inflow port (opening 12), and a pressure sensor 20 having a sensitive part 21 within the container 10 for measuring pore water pressure. Since the container 10 has the inflow port 12 only in its upper part, water in the container 10 is not drained off but penetrates in the gravitational direction, making it possible to prevent air from getting mixed in the container 10. Accordingly, pore water pressure can be accurately measured for a long term. Further, since the inflow port 12 for pore water is closed by the filter 30, it is possible to measure only the water pressure of pore water having filtered through the filter 30 to penetrate into the interior of the container 10. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque measuring instrument in the shape suitable for torque measurement of a rotational axis which rotates at high speed.SOLUTION: A torque measuring instrument has: a pair of flange parts 120 to which each one end facing each other of two rotational axes is fixed; and a connection part 130 which connects the pair of flange parts. The connection part has the shape that a thin part 133 whose thickness in the radial direction is relatively thin and a thick part 134 whose thickness in the radial direction is relatively thick that are alternately arranged in plurality by interposing a penetration part which penetrates in the radial direction, in an orbiting direction which orbits around a rotational center line. A distortion gauge 140 is stuck to the inside surface 133a which intersects the radial direction of at least one thin part of the thin parts.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely measure the amount and direction of various forces and moments of a shaft to be measured according to request, mounting/dismounting the shaft to be measured without disassembling/reassembling the columnar outer shape shaft and its surrounding part. SOLUTION: A first sensor member 1 and a second sensor member 2 are divided into two by a plane passing through the central axis and a diameter, and upper and lower end parts of each sensor member are made thick semi-annular part, and the internal diameter of the middle part between them is made larger, and straining parts 2c, 2d are provided. On both the sides of the straining parts 2c, 2d through holes 2m are bored while forming a connected part 2e. For each of straining parts 2c, 2d blind holes with a specific depth 2f, 2g are bored from out side, on the bottoms of the blind holes, strain gauges are attached. Electric pressure transducer

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load transducer that can accurately perform load measurements, by eliminating the sensitivity difference to unbalanced load and properly canceling the nonlinearity, makes abutting against a measuring object stable, facilitates machining, and can be reduced in size. SOLUTION: A strain body 2 has a load-introducing section 3 in its upper part, a load-supporting section 4 in its lower part, and three strain columns 5 in its immediate part. Three first strain gauges are stuck to each of the inner peripheral surface and outer peripheral surface of each strain column 5 in the load-charging direction. Two second strain gauges G7 and G8 are stuck to a side surface of each strain column 5, in a direction orthogonal to the load-charging direction. A bridge circuit is formed of the first strain gauges and second strain gauges. Three convex surfaces 3a and 4a are disposed on the upper surface of the load-introducing section 3 and the bottom surface of the load-supporting section 4, respectively. Even if an unbalanced load is applied to the load-introducing section 3, the sensitivity difference will be eliminated and the nonlinearity is canceled by the bridge circuit, and nonlinearity is improved properly.
