A qualitative model to evaluate biowaste composting management systems using causal diagrams: a case study in Colombia

Existing bio-inspired models are challenged with premature convergence among others. In this paper, an adaptive social spider colony optimisation model based on the foraging behaviour of social spider was proposed as an optimisation problem. The algorithm mimics the prey capture behaviour of the social spider in which, the spider senses the presence of the prey through vibrations transmitted along the web thread. Spiders are the search agents while the web is the search space of the optimisation problem. The natural or biological phenomenon of vibration was modeled using wave theory while optimisation theory was considered in optimizing the objective function of the optimisation problem. This objective function was considered to be the frequency of vibration of the spiders and the prey as this is the function that enables the spider differentiates the vibration of the prey from that of neighbouring spiders and therefore forages maximally. At the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 broke out in China, and the use of medical supplies surged in various regions of China, resulting in an increase in the amount of medical waste. Against this background, the illegal industrial chain behind the medical waste has attracted more and more attention. This paper analyses the reasons for the emergence of the medical waste industry chain and the role of government supervision in the medical waste recycling system, and establishes the game relationship between manufacturers who can use medical waste as raw materials under the role of government supervision to choose raw materials. Finally, the setting of the government reward and penalty amount in the four numerical intervals and the corresponding game decisions of the manufacturers are obtained, to solve the problem of medical waste flow downstream of the industrial chain by changing the total yield of manufacturers.

With the rapid development of Internet technology, renewable resource recovery enterprises should use modern information technology such as the Internet to establish a convenient and efficient renewable resource recovery trading service platform to improve the efficiency of recovery. Research on Specific Ways of Recycling Waste and Used Materials under “Internet +”

Recycling and utilization of waste materials is an environmental protection idea proposed by the modernization of the country, also it’s another circular economy industry under the national macro-control. The recycling and utilization of waste materials is researched in this paper. Based on the analysis of the problems and drawbacks of waste material recycling logistics in Hubei Province, with the integration of supply and demand network concepts with relevant logistics enterprises in cities, this paper puts forward a flexible consortium structure model of waste material recycling logistics in urban and rural communities based on the internet, so as to optimize the efficiency of recycling waste materials, and meanwhile, to realize the economic, ecological and social benefits brought by waste materials recycling. Research on Optimization of Waste Material Recycling Logistics of Hubei Province Based on “Internet +”

The mechanism of a recycling system about discarded products is running with a few critical roles and processes. To identify the relationship and collaborate the activities involved in this recycling circle are the very significant work in practice. For the sake the paper explores and identifies the critical drivers underlying the system, based on which a framework is established to explore the relationship among relevant activities consisted of collection, remanufacturing and resale, as well as companies and customers' behaviours. A dynamic quantitative model is designed to simulate this vigorous relation, which demonstrates and verifies the rule of this relationship with details about the recycling activities. The information will benefit practitioners a lot in terms of the recycling operation planning under different situation.
