Muslim Projects to Halt Climate Change in Indonesia

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors reviewed some Muslim activities in Indonesia in response to environmental and climate change and found that environmental agencies including NGOs and governmental agencies (Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Forestry) work in close co-operation with Islamic institutions such as Nahdlatul ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah in order to popularize the environmental movement.
