TL;DR: Hepatic dysfunction, acute renal failure, coagulopathy, ARDS were the commonest presentation requiring artificial ventilation among deceased Leptospirosis cases, suggesting delay in medical consultation and first dose of antibiotics may be a reason for Multi-organ dysfunction in these cases.
