Abstract: The invention relates to an airless spray method for applying a liquid (F) onto a substrate (10), having the following steps: generating a hydraulic positive pressure of 0.1 to 2.0 MPa in the liquid (F); delivering the liquid (F) under the hydraulic positive pressure to a nozzle arrangement (11) with a first (8) and a second nozzle (9), said first (8) and second nozzle (9) being arranged such that the first (F1) and second liquid jet (F2) exiting the nozzles meet in a collision point (T) at an acute angle (α) in such a manner that a spray fan (SF) is formed downstream of the collision point (T); and arranging the substrate (10) downstream of the collision point (T) such that a substrate (10) surface facing the nozzle arrangement (11) is supplied with the spray fan (SF).
