SOLUTION: About the common business executed by the plurality of executors, a chi-square value representing a degree of discrepancy of a numerical value between the model executor group and an individual executor is obtained about each individual executor by a chi-square arithmetic means 12 by use of data wherein a numerical value of each execution result item of each execution target item of the business executed in the past is totaled in each of the model executor group and the individual executors. Based on the obtained chi-square value, examination is performed by use of a preset significant level by a chi-square examination means 13, and the degree of the discrepancy with the model executor group is obtained in each individual executor. SOLUTION: Certification data including a care-need certification reference time that is a result of care-need certification research executed in the past are held in a certification data storage means 11 in a state where the certification data are grouped in each research agency having conducted research. An average care-need certification reference time is extracted about each research agency by use of the certification data held in the certification data storage means 11, an average value and standard deviation of the respective average care-need certification reference times are obtained by a standard measure arithmetic means 13, and standard measure related to the average care-need certification reference time by the research agencies is obtained from the average value, the standard deviation, and the average care-need certification reference time by the research agencies. A prominent research agency wherein the standard measure of the average care-need certification reference time obtained by the standard measure arithmetic means 13 deviates from a preset range is detected by a prominent value detection means 14. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for business activity analysis and evaluation and a program for business activity analysis which can rank a plurality of groups for conducting a common business activity by objectively evaluating the business activity. SOLUTION: The occurrence frequency for each of a plurality of patterns specified beforehand by type of the processing by a primary analyzing means 141 is tabulated by using data accumulated in a database 132 as results of various types of processing following the business activity of a plurality of groups for conducting the common business activity for every group and specified period. An evaluation coefficient based on each occurrence frequency of a plurality of the patterns is calculated for each group by a secondary analyzing means 142. An information retrieving means 161 receives retrieval conditions, ranks each group belonging to the range specified by the retrieval conditions according to the evaluation coefficients obtained by the secondary analyzing means, and outputs the ranked information as a result of retrieval.
