The present invention relates to a variable length type and kelp style mooring apparatus having resilience. The variable length type and kelp style mooring apparatus having resilience of the present invention comprises a float floating on the water surface; a connector which has one end connected to form a slope to the float, and the other end fixed so as to prevent the float from escaping from a pre-set position; and a resilience generating part which is equipped on the connector in the state of floating on the water surface to generate buoyance, and applies at least one force between a rotary force generated in the perpendicular direction to the virtual line connected from the connector and a centrifugal force generated in the same direction to the virtual line, to the connector so as to maintain the tension of the connector. The resilience generating part is characterized in that the strength of at least one force of the rotary force and the centrifugal force applied to the connector changes when the angle between the float and the connector changes due to changes in the water level to maintain the tension of the connector. Accordingly, the present invention provides a variable length type and kelp style mooring apparatus having resilience, which can maintain a fixed position under the circumstances that an external force such as wind or wave is applied to a float on the surface, or the water level changes.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide marine self-support equipment for a large-sized floating body structure capable of being stably moored even in a sea area having the deep depth of water and self-supporting energy such as required power and water. SOLUTION: The large-sized floating structure 10 installed on the sea is installed by being connected with a floating breakwater bank 20 in a breakwater sea area of the floating breakwater bank 20 moored and installed at the bottom of the sea and equipment for self-supporting required power is constituted by mounting power generation equipment using natural energy usable in the breakwater bank 20 and the large-sized floating body structure 10. As a result, a mooring rope for installing the large-sized structure 10 becomes unnecessary, the large-sized floating structure 10 can be installed in a breakwater sea area, the structure 10 can be installed in an offing having the deep depth of water, a vessel is capable of approaching and coming alongside the pier, and power is self-supported by mounting the power generation equipment using natural energy usable on the sea on the floating breakwater bank and the large-sized floating structure.

SOLUTION: The floating breakwater 20 is moored by a captive chain 30 of which the end part is connected to an anchor 40 fixed on the bottom of the sea. The floating structure 10 is constructed by being moored to an intermediate sinker 31A interposed between inner side captive chains 31 thereof through a connecting chain 50.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a large-sized floating body structure wherein the large-sized floating body structure can be constructed by positioning and connecting segments in an installation sea area without influenced by waves. SOLUTION: After mooring and installing a floating breakwater 20 in the installation area of the large-sized floating body structure 10 with a captive wire 30, the segment A is moored to the floating breakwater 20 through a positioning connection wire 61 and the segment 12B is connected to the moored and positioned segment 12A in order. Thus, the large-sized floating body structure 10 can be constructed in a calm area formed by the floating breakwater 20.
