A magnetic recording layer is formed on an auxiliary magnetic layer in a perpendicular magnetic recording medium. The auxiliary magnetic layer has the axis of easy magnetization in the vertical direction perpendicular to the surface of a substrate. The perpendicular magnetic recording medium reliably allows establishment of the magnetization in the auxiliary magnetic layer in the vertical direction. When a magnetic flux flows along the vertical direction perpendicular to the surface of the magnetic recording layer, the magnetic flux flows across the magnetic recording layer in the vertical direction. The magnetization is thus reliably established in the magnetic recording layer in the vertical direction. The magnetic field of a stronger intensity is thus leaked out of the magnetic recording layer in the vertical direction.

A turbine blade includes a plurality of cooling passages each having a turbulated section of the passage preferentially located along the portion of the turbine blade subjected to the highest temperature. Thus, turbulent air flow is provided in intermediate sections of the blade to enhance the heat exchange relation with the metal of the blade. The bores of the cooling passages adjacent the tip and root portions are smooth and provide adequate cooling in those sections at a lower heat exchange relationship. The cooling passage bores are formed by an electrochemical machining process using an elongated electrode with a chemical electrolyte for forming enlarged cavities within the blade.

Disclosed are an automatic press-fit machine and an assembly method using the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the automatic press-fit machine comprises: a stage block having a first to a fourth stage; an ejection feeder; a bush feeder; a damper feeder; a conveying clamp having a first to a fourth gripper to convey an ejection between the stages; a bush conveying unit to convey a bush to the second stage; a first forcing cylinder to pressurize the ejection settled on the second stage downward to a certain extent and press-fit the bush to a shaft hole; a second press-fit cylinder to convey a damper to the third stage and to press-fit the damper conveyed to a protruding unit of the ejection; an assembly testing unit having a top cylinder, a bottom cylinder, a top gage, and a bottom gage to determine if the assembly of the ejection is proper; and a classifying duct having a first discharge path, a second discharge path, and a rotating plate to selectively open the first discharge path or the second discharge path in accordance with the rotation status. The present invention aims to provide an automatic press-fit machine which is able to automatically press-fit a bush and a damper to an ejection and assemble them, and an assembly method using the same.

The invention discloses a method and a system for preventing stackers or reclaimers from colliding each other. The method includes establishing a plane-coordinate system of a storage yard where the stackers or reclaimers are located; setting a plurality of sampling points in the length direction of a cantilever of each stacker or reclaimer; setting a body trace point on a body of each stacker or reclaimer; acquiring the coordinate of the body trace point of each stacker or reclaimer in the plane-coordinate system; calculating a coordinate distance between the body trace points of any two stackers or reclaimers; calculating a ground projection coordinate of each of a plurality of the sampling points of each stacker or reclaimer; calculating the distance between the ground projection coordinate of any sampling point on one of the stackers or reclaimers and the ground projection coordinate of any sampling point on the other of the stackers or reclaimers when the coordinate distance between the body trace points of two stackers or reclaimers is smaller than the safe distance; outputting alarm when the distance between the ground projection coordinates of two sampling points is smaller than the alarm distance.

PURPOSE:To increase cooling effect of the steam flowing into the balancing hole through vanes by furnishing the disc and nozzle situated on the steam outgoing side of vanes with concaves at the position mating with the nozzles steam incoming side. CONSTITUTION:Concaves 14, 15, 16, 17 are furnished at nozzles 1, 2 and discs 5, 6 situated the mating vanes' 3, 4 steam outgoing side at the point corresponding to nozzle diaphragms 12, 13 situated on the steam incoming side, to increase the cooling effect of the steam. According to this arrangement, steam is expanded while the temperture drops because the steam, for example after passing through the vanes 3, 4, passes through the concaves 14, 15, 16, 17 in the discs 5, 6 and nozzle diaphragms 12, 13. That is to say, cooled steam flows into the rotor space 11 through balancing holes 9, 10 to cool the turbine rotor 7.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil level measuring device which easily and accurately measures oil level, where a lid fitted to a first guide tube is integrated with a level gauge. SOLUTION: The oil level measuring device comprises: a first guide tube (26) fitted to a car body, a second guide tube (22) fitted to an oil pan (21) of an engine (20); a hose (25) of elastic material which communicates the first guide tube (26) with the second guide tube (22); and a oil level gauge (30A) for measuring oil level of the oil pan (21). A flange-like stopper (23A) approaching the center of the tube is provided inside the second guide tube (22) that rises from the oil pan (21). The level gauge (30A) which is inserted in the second guide tube (22) for measuring oil level is provided with a flange-like body (32A) that penetrates the stopper (23A) at a prescribed horizontal rotational angle. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust the falling locus of a carried article to match an ideal falling flow route by controlling a damper means when the tilting of a stone box is detected and forming a deposition part of an angle of repose along the ideal falling flow route on the tone box. SOLUTION: A control device connected between a falling locus detecting means 6 and a damper means 7 is provided in a damper control means 8. When the tilting of a stone box 5 is detected by the falling locus detecting means 6, the control device receives a detecting signal, elongates/contracts the hydraulic cylinder 23 of the damper means 7 and tilts a damper 19 to a desired tilt angle. Then, a carried article 3 is dropped on the axial core 14 of the stone box 5 and a deposition part 16 is formed in an angle of repose along an ideal falling flow route 4. Then, a buffer box 36 is provided for temporarily stopping and then dropping the carried article 3 dropped between the stone box 5 and the carrying-in end 21 of a second conveyor 20 and thereby reducing its speed.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thoroughly prevent dust from scattering. SOLUTION: This bulk material loading device carries and supplies bulk materials of cargo to a boom conveyor 7 of a loading machine 2 installed on the ground for travelling by a tripper 5, whose approximately whole is covered with a seal belt 26 from above. Since the seal belt 26 is deformed according to the movement of an inclined part 17 of the tripper 5 to block the upper part, covering can be always performed in a joint part 22. Since the loading machine 2 and the tripper 5 are moved under the seal belt 26, the whole conveying passage for the cargo can be always covered with the seal belt 26.
