CONSTITUTION:st before finishing the rolling in a rolling mill line 18, a mandrel 20 is released from a device for holding the axial end of mandrel 20 and restricting its speed. At that time, a part in the axial direction of a metallic pipe 19 is fitted to the mandrel 20. Next, after the front end of pipe 19 passes a point (A), the pipe 19 is regulated to a fixed speed by respective roll-members 14 of a roll group A. After the mandrel 20 existing at the tail end of pipe 19 or behind it, passes a point (B); each pair 15 of rolls of a roll group B, retreated already to the radial direction of pipe 19, advances in sequence to come into contact with the mandrel 20. The mandrel 20 is regulated to a speed smaller than that of the pipe 19 in the axial direction by controlling the revolv ing speeds of roll pairs 15, and the mandrel 20 is already perfectly extracted when the tail end of pipe 19 arrives at a point (C).

CONSTITUTION:When an ejection button is pushed while a roll 263 on a lock lever 261 is locked by being hooked in the recessed part 264 of a piece 259 to be locked on a cassette holder 258, a moving table 157 moves as shown by an arrow J to reach a position P1. At this time, one end 273 of a lower slide plate 158 pushes a slide lever 272 as shown by an arrow (v), so a slide plate 265 is slid as shown by an arrow X to rotate the lock lever 261 against a coil spring 269, so that the roll is unlocked. Then, the moving table 157 is returned to a stop position P2 as shown by an arrow K, so the lock lever 261 is moved to a lock position again by the coil spring 269 to be held in readiness for the loading of a next cassette holder 258.

With this constitution, a load 7 is issued on the belt conveyor 3 by the moving blades 6 having no air leak and carried out without air leak.
