Here, we developed highly sensitive piezoelectric sensors in which flexible membrane components were harmoniously integrated. An electrospun nanofiber mat of poly(vinylidenefluoride-co-trifluoroethylene) was sandwiched between two elastomer sheets with sputtered electrodes as an active layer for piezoelectricity. The developed sensory system was ultrasensitive in response to various microscale mechanical stimuli and able to perceive the corresponding deformation at a resolution of 1 μm. Owing to the highly flexible and resilient properties of the components, the durability of the device was sufficiently stable so that the measuring performance could still be effective under harsh conditions of repetitive stretching and folding. A wearable pressure sensor based on ultra-violet/ozone microstructured carbon nanotube/polydimethylsiloxane arrays for electronic skins

The field of nanotechnology has been gaining great success due to its potential in developing new generations of nanoscale materials with unprecedented properties and enhanced biological responses. This is particularly exciting using nanofibers, as their mechanical and topographic characteristics can approach those found in naturally occurring biological materials. Electrospinning is a key technique to manufacture ultrafine fibers and fiber meshes with multifunctional features, such as piezoelectricity, to be available on a smaller length scale, thus comparable to subcellular scale, which makes their use increasingly appealing for biomedical applications. These include biocompatible fiber-based devices as smart scaffolds, biosensors, energy harvesters, and nanogenerators for the human body. This paper provides a comprehensive review of current studies focused on the fabrication of ultrafine polymeric and ceramic piezoelectric fibers specifically designed for, or with the potential to be translated toward, biomedical applications. It provides an applicative and technical overview of the biocompatible piezoelectric fibers, with actual and potential applications, an understanding of the electrospinning process, and the properties of nanostructured fibrous materials, including the available modeling approaches. Ultimately, this review aims at enabling a future vision on the impact of these nanomaterials as stimuli-responsive devices in the human body.

Electrospinning Piezoelectric Fibers for Biocompatible Devices

Smart textiles are envisioned to make a paradigm shift in wearable technologies to directly impart functionality into the fibers rather than integrating sensors and electronics onto conformal substrates or skin in wearable devices. Among smart materials, piezoelectric fabrics have not been widely reported, yet. Piezoelectric smart fabrics can be used for mechanical energy harvesting, for thermal energy harvesting through the pyroelectric effect, for ferroelectric applications, as pressure and force sensors, for motion detection, and for ultrasonic sensing. For space weather phenomenon that is searched always, in the paper, solar activity effects on power system are considered. According research, solar plasma can have unfavorable effect on power system. Such as saturation of the transformer core, extra harmonic that can switch out of service such Quebec blackout of March 13, 1989 witch left the whole province without power for over 9 hours. For reason, in this paper is predicated plasma with neural network methods(MLP, RBF, ANFIS and LOLIMOT). The best result was for LOLIMOT with correlation factor of 0.7843 and normalize error = 0,8752 and observed values. The rate of correct, missed and false detections for various warning messages are calculated and reported. This method can work similar an alarm intelligent system for power system.
