Investigation of the promotion effect on the sulfide sulfur mobility and on the catalytic activity of hydrotreating Co/Mo/Al2O3 catalysts using35S

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of sulfur in Co/Mo/A12O3 catalysts on catalytic activity has been studied and it has been shown that with increasing the Co content, the overall amount of sulfide sulfur in the catalyst changes negligibly, while the amount of mobile sulfur increases linearly.
Journal ArticleDOI

Chromium, vanadium, molybdenum, tungsten, magnesium, and aluminum hydrotalcite hydroxo salts and oxide catalysts on their base

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for the synthesis of chromium-containing catalysts for the oxidative dehydrogenation (ODH) of alkanes, comprising the precipitation, from nitrate solutions, of mixtures of isomorphic hydrotalcite-type magnesium aluminum and magnesium chromium hydroxocarbonates and the incorporation of oxovanadate, oxomolybdate, and oxotungstate ions by means of anion exchange and subsequent heat treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI

Study of the Mechanisms of Heterogeneous-catalytic Reactions by the Method of Labelled Molecules (labelled with 14C)

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors distinguish between the method of labelled atoms (the LA method) and the approach of labelled molecules (the LM method), which involves the study of the distribution of the isotopic tracer between the molecules of different substances.
Journal ArticleDOI

Tantalum-containing catalysts for oxydehydrogenation of hydrocarbons and alcohols

TL;DR: In this paper, the first tantalum-V-containing catalysts for oxydehydrogenation of hydrocarbons and alcohols were synthesized and compared with a niobium-containing catalyst.
Journal ArticleDOI

Copper-containing catalysts for the oxidative dehydrogenation of organic compounds

TL;DR: A method of doping magnesium aluminum hydrotalcites, which are precursors for oxidative dehydrogenation oxide catalysts of various compositions, with copper(II) was developed, and copper-II-containing oxide catalyst samples were synthesized.
