TL;DR: Mainstream marijuana smoke contained selected polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons at concentrations lower than those found in mainstream tobacco smoke, while the reverse was the case for sidestream smoke, with PAHs present at higher concentrations in marijuana smoke.
