The web laying machine includes a stock material laying unit having a horizontal base and a pair of arms supporting a roll of stock material. The support arms are mounted on a pivotable casing which is rotatable through 180° about an axis by a pivotting motor mounted on a motor mounting plate, the drive shaft of the motor having a gear meshing with a gear of a pivot shaft. A speed control is also employed which assures a smooth operation and avoids shocks and distortion of the support arms and other members.

The invention discloses a cloth paving device with a code spraying function. The device comprises a cloth paver and a platform, wherein conveying rails on which the paver slides and paves the cloth are formed on two sides of the platform; the cloth paver is provided with a cloth paving roller, a first sliding rail and a cloth cutting unit; the cloth paving roller and the first sliding rail are arranged corresponding to a width direction between the two conveying rails; the cloth cutting unit slides along the first sliding rail; the device also comprises a code spraying assembly arranged at the front end of the cloth cutting unit; the code spraying assembly comprises a second sliding rail, a code spraying unit and a control device; the second sliding rail is parallel to the first sliding rail; the code spraying unit is connected to the second sliding rail and slides along the second sliding rail; the control device is electrically connected to the cloth paver, the cloth cutting unit and the code spraying unit respectively. Through the cloth paving device and a method thereof, the code can be automatically sprayed; the encoding efficiency and accuracy are greatly improved; liquid capable of being heated to volatilize is used as encoding liquid; the encoding liquid is traceless and damage-free after being heated to volatilize in water; the requirements of actual production can be easily met.

Cloth paving device with code spraying function and method thereof

A fabric spreading machine including a dispensing system frame, a fabric dispensing assembly secured to the frame, a floor mounted track and a drive system secured to the frame for traversing the track. Also disclosed is a loading and unloading system for loading and unloading a fabric roll and securing it to the dispensing system frame. This system is designed to permit fabric to be dispensed from a fabric roll onto a conventional fabric spreading table without placing the weight of the fabric spreading machine directly on the fabric spreading table.

Floor supported fabric spreading machine

A method and means for shade marking a fabric web as it is machine spread on a cutting table wherein identifying marks are applied by intermittent stamping action while uniform web discharge speed and tension are maintained by a variable length web feeding path on the machine. Stamping of the web and variation of the feed path length are accomplished by power actuator means controlled by means responsive to pattern coordinating means arranged along a work area on the cutting table to ensure marking of the areas of substantially all of the pattern pieces to be cut without unnecessary multiple marking of such pieces.
