TL;DR: Results suggest that it is not only the sheer quantity of publications that causes scientists to produce creative pieces of work but their ability to effectively communicate with otherwise disconnected peers and to address a broader work spectrum also enhances their chances to be widely cited and to develop novel ideas.

Did Unilateral Divorce Laws Raise Divorce Rates in Western Europe

TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the impact of unilateral divorce on the divorce rate in Western European countries and found that de facto unilateral divorce practices led to a sustainable increase in divorce rate, whereas legal rights to unilaterally divorce had no long-run effects.
