Method for automatic design of an electronic circuit, corresponding system and computer program product

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for the automatic design of an electronic circuit includes operations for evaluation of the thermal effects in the electronic circuit and a grid of partitioning is generated with respect to a view regarding the aforesaid abstract into meshes and nodes.

An Improved Dynamic Compact Thermal Model for Non-Linear and Non-Homogeneous Heat Diffusion Problems

TL;DR: In this article, a model order reduction technique is proposed for non-linear and non-homogeneous heat diffusion problems, which is based on a specifically designed discretization that properly models the nonlinear behavior of different materials, and an improved hyper reduction method that dramatically reduces the problem dimension.
