The present invention relates to a portable power supply device which is not only portable but also light and durable, and capable of supplying power to various electrical apparatuses. The portable power supply device includes: a power input unit; a charging unit; and an output unit. A rechargeable battery is made of lithium iron phosphate, so that the rechargeable battery has long lifespan, period and durability and thus is economical compared to a rechargeable battery of the other power supply device, and energy density of the rechargeable battery is high and thus the rechargeable battery is small in volume and light in weight compared to a conventional battery. Moreover, the rechargeable battery is capable of outputting a strong moment output while the rechargeable battery operates consistently and stably. Flammable gas is not generated and thus risk of explosion does not exist, and toxic materials and pernicious ingredients are not contained and thus the rechargeable battery is eco-friendly. The portable power supply device has a lightweight heat pipe as a cooling means and a housing of the portable power supply device is sealed, so that waterproof and heatproof abilities of the portable power supply device are outstanding.

CONSTITUTION: The portable power supply device comprises: a fuel cell stack(11) comprising liquid type unit cells, which is mounted in a housing; a compression type fuel reservoir(13) joined with the fuel cell stack(11), which stores fuel for a reaction of the cell; an exhaust port(14) to discharge carbon dioxide generated by the electrode reaction of the fuel cell; a control switch(16) to control the electrode reaction; power output terminals(22) to transmit the electricity generated from the cell to an outside.
