The grid type air heat exchange device comprises a first flow guide pipe, a second flow guide pipe, a third flow guide pipe, a first casing and a second casing. The third flow guide pipe is of a tubular structure. The lower end surface of the third flowguide pipe penetrates through the upper end surface of the first casing and communicates with the interior of the first casing. A first heat exchange plate is of a rectangular structure and is vertically arranged in a third casing. The upper end surface and the lower end surface of the first heat exchange plate are connected with the inner wall surface of the third casing. The grid type air heat exchange device is simple in structure, small in occupied size and convenient to use and maintain, a grid structure is adopted,, the heat exchange area between inlet air and exhaust air is increased, inlet air subjected to heat exchange is subjected to heat preservation, the exhaust air energy utilization efficiency is improved, and the heat exchange effect is improved.
