Technology of preparing aluminium oxide based continuous fibers by sol-gel process
Chonggao Bao,Yaping Ding,Chunfang Li,Lin Guang,Guanjun Qiao,Hongbin Tan,Jianfeng Yang,Yabin Zhang +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a sol-gel process was proposed for the preparation of continuous fibers by adding polyols containing 3-6 carbon atoms into anhydrous ethanol, adding aluminum powder and a catalyst after the mixture is evenly mixed and ensuring the mixture to react under the conditions of continuous stirring and reflux condensation under certain temperature to obtain transparent aluminum alkoxide solution.

Heterogeneous metal connecting method for tungsten, copper and alloy thereof
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a connecting method for tungsten, copper and alloy thereof, which comprises the following steps: first, processing the surface of tengsten metal and performing surface treatment; plating nickel to the tungststen metal, processing and cleaning the copper alloy; and finally, overlapping and assembling the tengststen and the copper to form weldment, and connecting the weldments in a vacuum chamber through pressure diffusion welding to form a connecting piece.
Journal ArticleDOI
Investigation on hot deformation of 20Cr–25Ni superaustenitic stainless steel with starting columnar dendritic microstructure based on kinetic analysis and processing map
TL;DR: In this article, the deformation behavior of a 20Cr-25Ni superaustenitic stainless steel (SASS) with initial microstructure of columnar dendrites was investigated using the hot compression method at temperatures of 1000-1200°C and strain rates of 0·01-10 s−1.
