 Plasma technology has been broadly utilized in many fields, whereas the methods for manipulating plasma transport are limited to magnetic control. In this work, we choose a simplified diffusion-migration approach to describing plasma transport. On this basis, we show the feasibility of the transformation theory for plasma transport. As potential applications, we design three model devices functioning as cloaking, concentrating, and rotating plasmas without obviously disturbing the density profile of plasmas in the background. This research may be helpful in improving plasma technology in practical fields, such as medicine and chemistry.
