Journal ArticleDOI

An Experimental Investigation of an Airfoil Undergoing Large-Amplitude Pitching Motions

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors performed near-surface hot-wire experiments on an airfoil undergoing large-amplitude pitching motions about its quarter chord and showed the dramatic effect of pitch rate on flow structure.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of trailing-edge jet entrainment on delta wing vortices

TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the effects of trailing-edge jet entrainment on the burst location of delta wing vortices over a delta wing and found that at moderate angles of attack it is possible to delay burst location by increasing the flow velocity from the exhaust ports.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
