Multiobjective optimal generation dispatch based on probability security criteria

TL;DR: In this article, an efficient algorithm is proposed to obtain the optimal power flow in power system operation and planning phases by multiobjective optimization, which makes it possible to treat the optimal dispatch problems with multiple performance indices and to include tradeoff relations between selected indices.
Journal ArticleDOI

Flexible generation mix under multi objectives and uncertainties

TL;DR: In this article, the flexible generation mix problem is formulated as a multiobjective optimization problem and solved by the dynamic programming technique in which type of generation plant is selected as a stage and generation capacity is chosen as a state.
