TL;DR: A detailed laboratory study to determine water saturation in representative reservoir cores (a range of reservoir rock types) as well as remaining oil in water flooded regions has been completed using Porous Plate measurements at reservoir temperature and reservoir overburden pressure conditions for a huge carbonate field as mentioned in this paper.
