The study is aimed at investigating the possibility of applying the value engineering in the municipality of Al-Salt. The study proposes the value engineering for implementation in Jordan. The sample consisted of 132 employees derived from a population that had a sufficient knowledge of value engineering in the municipality of Al-Salt team. The data collection tool used was a self-administrated questionnaire. The study revealed the existence of a strong correlation between. Furthermore, the study sample agreed that value engineering is a widespread organizational practice. The study concluded that the utilization of value engineering is related to proper planning and follow-up of the applications for the value engineering in Al-Salt. In addition, the study recommended the spread of the culture of value engineering which was supported by the senior management at Al-Salt municipality.

Value Engineering (VE) concept does not mean a cost reduction only, but it extends beyond. VE is a powerful problem-solving tool that can reduce costs while maintaining or improving performance and quality requirements. It's a function- oriented, systematic team approach to providing value in a product or service. Construction project as a product or service is generally considered to have good value if this product or service has appropriate performance and cost. The construction product's characteristics differ than those in manufacture in many aspects such as immobility, complexity, durability, cost lines, and high degree of social responsibility. These characteristics are highly affected by the construction technology. Where, adopting these new technologies and working method in proper work environment can maximize the product with a working time reduction by 25% and cost reduction by 20% in average. Slip Form (S.F) is considered one of these common methods of construction. An assessment of the S.F includes productivity, appropriate speed in addition to auxiliary resource combinations. This research aims at create awareness of VE, and demonstrated the benefits gained when it applied to construction projects.

So researchers are planning to tell how to use the air conditioner and in future what type of air conditioner to use for home and official purpose. In this paper presents Value engineering technique. Here optimization model is value engineering using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) with aid of Hybrid model of Artificial Bee colony (ABC) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Some of easily available source to be utilized for provides the both operation. In this process is to finding the wherever majority of sources available, that source corresponding scheme is selected with the low operational cost and energy consumption. This also implies that privileges of policy for renewable energy utilization system are necessary to help promote the energy saving and environment friendly scheme of majority of sources. The experimental shows that the optimization of value engineering in providing variable room temperature is good when compared to the previous techniques.

Implementation of Value engineering concept using Artificial Neural Network with the aid of Hybrid Model (ABC & PSO)

During the last decade, waste management have become increasingly popular interest. In the present paper, the appliance of value engineering in Great Amman Municipality was investigated by using the Traveling salesman module. The concord software used for solving the problem and An AutoCAD map is given to highlight the garbage collection containers and all possible routes to these locations. A mathematical model was developed to show how the actual collection is being carried out, Finally, the optimal solution is estimated by each routing optimization algorithm.
