Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic fluid measuring structure capable of preventing disturbance of ultrasonic from being generated due to disturbance of a fluid.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic fluid measuring structure 12 includes an ultrasonic measuring section 16 adjacent to a flow channel member. The flow channel member has: a first ultrasonic port 32 and a second ultrasonic port 33 formed on a first side wall 21; and a reflecting surface 35 formed on the inner surface of a second side wall 22. The first ultrasonic port and the second ultrasonic port are positioned neighboring to each other, and an ultrasonic transmission film 38 which allows ultrasonic waves 36, 37 to be transmitted is formed so as to entirely cover the first ultrasonic port and the second ultrasonic port.
