Syariah banking industrial improvement in Indonesia cause
increasing of competition level between bank, especiallY after economics
crisis,so the appraisal of bank} efficiencybecomesmore important, because
the efficiencyimages of compa'!J work. The approached method valuation
that used to measure bank efficienryin this paper is Data Envelopment
.Analysis (DEA), a technique linearprogramming that calculating output
ratio to input eachDMU (Decision Making Unit). DMU calledefficient
if the efficiency value is one (100 percent), if less than one it means
DMU not efficient. DEA also be availablegive solutionfor other banks
on sample that was not efficient to repair it self to be more efficient. Two
input factors and three output factors lvere used in this stucfy. Constant
Return to Scale (CRS) method with output oriented and intermediation
approach is used in this paper.This research attempt to anaIYze relative ejJicienry of Indonesia
syanab banking in year 2005 and compare it according to each groups
(syariab publicbanking-[Jariah units, BUMN-Non BUMN syariab
banking, detnsa-non deoisa private national syariab banking). The
samples of 12 banks which have almost all share of national syariab
banking in Indonesia were gathered from the total population of 114
bank of syariab banking industrial in Indonesia.
The result indicates that in year 2005, three syariab banks alwqys
get perfea score ejJicient 100 percent; there are BIN Syariah, Niaga
Syariah and Pe17JJataSyariah. Nine syariah banks other are not aliuays
ejJicient. Syariah Mandin Bank notyet ejJicient inyear 2005. Then, not
all banks on perfec: ejJicient condition become example for inejJicient
banks to repair it se!! to be more ejJicient. After DEA calculate ejJicienry
score .from each banks, we compare this ejJicienry score according three
groups (syariah public banking-[Jariah units, BUMN-Non BUMN
syariah banking, detnsa-non detnsa private national syariab banking).
FinallY, we get the result that there is no significantlY differences ejJicienry
score in each groups. So, its means that ejJicienry of Indonesia syariab
banking is good in year 2005.

Nowadays law is not understood as a printed regulations in law books.  Actually laws need to be seen in social contex. It is made to create and to set good human life in interacting among them in society. Law is always exists in every society.  Law is made by human to set and control human behavior in life. It is a tool to create harmonious relationship in society. People socialize each other every time. So that to avoid confict among them, it is really needed to set and applied the law itself.

This study focuses on the money market under sharia principles, which are financial transactions (without interest) in the short term carried out by money market participants or money market players. Due to the purchase of securities is only short term, the transaction is carried out on the basis of trust. The money market that is allowed is the money market that does not use the interest system, this is to avoid usury nasi‟ah because the loss (danger) of interest is greater than the benefit. In addition, because Islam prohibits the buying and selling of money as a commodity or speculation. The design of this research is quantitative based on published journals related to the theme in this study Islamic Perspective on Money Markets and Sharia Money Market Operations. This research method is a literature study using secondary data in the form of 20 published journals during the 2011-2021 period which have been published as scientific journals both nationally and internationally to find out Islamic views on money markets and Sharia money market operations. The results showed based on a literature study of 20 published national and international journals based on the year the majority of journals were published in 2016, there were 5 journals (25%), the majority of descriptive research types were 15 journals (75%), the majority of journal areas were from Indonesia, 12 journals (60%), and based on journal subjects, most of them are Islamic Money Market and Interbank Islamic Money Market with 6 journals each (30%).

Islamic Perspectitve On Money Market and The Operation of Sharia Money Market

This study aims to determine the legal protection of women who are forced to marry according to Islamic law and human rights. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a normative legal approach, namely by analyzing the problem through data from the legal literature. The results of the research found that the marriage law in Indonesia does not recognize the right to consent, on the contrary, the law requires the consent of both parties to enter into a marriage with pleasure without coercion. This is based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights and Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974. Once the reinterpretation of the right to  ijbar  is considered objective because this concept is based on the form of protection and responsibility in choosing one's life partner.

Bank sebagai salah satu lembaga keuangan memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian suatu Negara, yaitu sebagai lembaga intermediasi antara surplus unit dengan deficit unit. Perkembangan bank syariah yang sangat pesat ternyata masih mempunyai peran yang kecil dalam industri perbankan nasional, salah satu penyebabnya adalah faktor efisiensi. Oleh karena itu faktor efisiensi sangat penting untuk mengetahui kondisi kesehatan dan kinerja bank itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan tingkat efisiensi pada perbankan syariah yang ada di Indoneisa terutama pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Bank Mega Syariah dengan menggunakan Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA).

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa parametrik dengan metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) periode 2010-2013. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purpose sampling dengan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebank 3 bank, yaitu Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Bank Mega Syariah. Input yang digunakan yaitu simpanan, aset dan modal. Sedangkan output berupa total kredit/pembiayaan.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menggunakan perhitungan DEA terdapat perbedaan tingkat efisiensi antara Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Bank Mega Syariah. Ditinjau dari output total kredit/ pembiayaan, Bank Syariah Mandiri dalam kondisi efisien selama periode penelitian, sedangkan kedua bank lainnya masih ada yang inefisien selama periode penelitian. Ditinjau dari output laba operasional Bank Mega Syariah lebih efisien, disusul Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Bank Muamalat Indonesia.

Bank as one of the financial institutions hold a very important role in the economy of a country, which is as intermediary between surplus units and deficit units. The development of Islamic banks are very rapidly which turned out to still have a minor role in national banking industry, one reason is the efficiency factor. Therefore, the efficiency factor is very important to know the health condition and performance of the bank itself. The purpose of this study was to compare the efficiency level of the existing Islamic banking in Indonesia, especially at Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Mega Syariah using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA).

This research is qualitative. Data used is in the form of secondary data. Data collection technique was using documentation techniques, secondary data analysis. Analysis of the data used is parametric analysis by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) 2010-2013 periods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling by obtaining a total sample of three banks, namely Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Mega Syariah. Inputs used are deposits, assets and capital. While the total output in the form of credit / financing.

Based on the results of studies using DEA calculations there is a difference between the level of efficiency of Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Mega Syariah. Judging from the total output of credit / financing, Bank Syariah Mandiri was in efficient condition during the study period, while the other two banks were still inefficient during the study period. Judging from the output of Bank Mega Syariah, the output benefit operations were more efficient, followed by Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Muamalat
Indonesia.

Marriage is not just a bond between men and women, but the inner bond between a man and a woman based on the One and Only God. This research was a philosophical normative, thus the approaches used were philosophical, normative, and historical. Besides, a qualitative-descriptive strategy was used in finding a depth description of the law politics of interfaith marriage regulation in Indonesia based on the the 1974 Marriage Law. The results show that the interfaith marriage is not regulated in the 1974 Marriage Law, because: First, the rejection of the majority of Muslims and the faction in Parliament because the interfaith marriage is against the aqidah (matters of faith) of Islam; Second, the interfaith marriage is contrary to the marriage culture in Indonesia, because marriage contains legal, sociology and religious aspects; Third, the interfaith marriage is contrary to the theological teachings of religions in Indonesia that do not want interfaith marriages, such as Islam, Christianity, Protestantism, Hinduism and Buddhism. Furthermore, the interfaith marriage is inconsistent with the philosophical purposes of marriage in Indonesia where the purpose of marriage forms a happy and eternal family based on the One Supreme God.

Legal Policy of Interfaith Marriage in Indonesia

This research aims to analyze the efficiency level of Sharia Rural  Financing Bank (SRFB) in Surakarta.  This study used data from four Rural Sharia Banks taken from  www.ojk.co.id , which published its annual report. This study conducted input-output variables with the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method as a tool of analysis. The results of the research showed that the SRFB Dana Amanah is indicated as efficient during the 2017 period. The other three are indicated as inefficient in the last quarter. The inefficiency source came from its operational cost and its incapability to get higher output.

Dalam dunia bisnis, kontrak atau akad merupakan instrumen yang paling penting, karena dengan adanya kontrak (akad) antar pelaku bisnis membawa akibat hukum bahwa bisnis yang dilakukan mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang kuat dan jika salah satu pelaku bisnis mengingkari apa yang telah disepakati dalam kontrak, maka pihak lain dapat menutut ke ranah hukum berdasar kontrak yang telah dibuat bersama. Akibat kemajuan teknologi digital dewasa ini, memunculkan model-model bisnis yang kreatif, model bisnis modern tidak hanya menggunakan satu kontrak (akad) bisnis saja, tetapi dengan menggabungkan beberapa akad (kontrak) yang saling mendukung antar satu akad dengan akad lain sehingga menjadi satu kesatuan sistem bisnis. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis mencoba meninjau multi akad dalam dunia bisnis, dari sudut hukum muamalah (fiqh). Hasil temuan dalam kajian ini, bahwa hukum multi akad dalam bisnis modern adalah boleh, berdasarkan kaidah umum bahwa hukum asal bidang muamalah adalah halal, kecuali ada dalil yang merubah hukum asal tersebut. Meskipun hukum multi akad secara umum dibolehkan, tetapi ada pengecualian model multi akad yang khusus dilarang Hadits Rasulullah Saw, yaitu 1) menggabungkan akad jual beli dengan salaf (pinjaman). 2) jual beli al-‘inah. 3) Jual beli dengan dua harga.

Management of natural resource conservation with traditional norms instrument approach on the fact the indigenous peoples of Indonesia more able to preserve environmental functions. Pasar Modal maupun Pasar Uang memiliki peran yang sangat besar bagi perkembangan ekonomi suatu Negara karena memiliki dwi fungsi utama yaitu ekonomi dan keuangan. Fungsi ekonomi karena pasar modal menyediakan fasilitas yang mempertemukan dua kepentingan, yaitu pihak pelaku bisnis yang mempunyai kelebihan modal (investor) dan pelaku bisnis yang memerlukan modal (issuer) untuk melakukan kerja sama bisnis yang sinergis yang dapat memperoleh keuntungan timbal balik. Fungsi keuangan karena pasar modal dapat memberikan kemungkinan dan kesempatan yang luas  untuk memperoleh tambahan dana bagi para investor sesuai dengan model investasi yang mereka pilih. Berangkat dari hal diatas, maka dalam artikel ini, penulis mencoba mengkaji secara deskriptif tentang pasar modal dan uang syari’ah lewat pendekatan hukum muamalat (fiqh muamalah). Hasil kajian ditemukan bahwa akad-akad muamalah yang digunakan dalam pasar modal dan uang syariah adalah Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Qardh, Wadi’ah, Wakalah,  Bay’ (Jual beli).
