Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum temporaren Kuhlen von zu kuhlenden Gutern mittels einer Vorrichtung (1) umfassend eine aus einer Mehrzahl von Sektionen (3, 19) zusammengesetzte Regaleinrichtung (2), eine aus einer Mehrzahl von Sektionen (7, 21) zusammengesetzte warmeisolierende Umhullung (6) und ein Kuhlaggregat (13) zur Erzeugung eines kalten Gases. Um ein bekanntes Verfahren zum temporaren Kuhlen von zu kuhlenden Gutern derart weiter zu entwickeln, dass sowohl der Aufbau als auch die Bestuckung der Vorrichtung moglichst rationell erfolgt, sind gemas der Erfindung folgende Verfahrensschritte vorgesehen:a) Ein erster Teil der zu kuhlenden Guter wird auf einer ersten Sektion (3) der Regaleinrichtung (2) abgelegt oder in eine erste Sektion (3) der Regaleinrichtung (2) eingelegt.b) Die erste Sektion (3) der Regaleinrichtung (2) wird mittels einer ersten Sektion (7) der Umhullung (6) eingehullt, wodurch innerhalb der ersten Sektion (7) der Umhullung (6) ein erster, den ersten Teil der zu kuhlenden Guter enthaltender Innenraum (I) erzeugt wird.c) Mittels des Kuhlaggregats (13) wird das Gas in den ersten Innenraum (I) eingeleitet und darin verteilt.d) Ein zweiter Teil der zu kuhlenden Guter wird auf einer zweiten Sektion (19) der Regaleinrichtung (2) abgelegt oder in die zweite Sektion (19) der Regaleinrichtung (2) eingelegt.e) Die zweite Sektion (19) der Regaleinrichtung (2) wird bis auf einen Uberstromquerschnitt (20) mittels einer zweiten Sektion (21) der Umhullung (6) eingehullt, wodurch innerhalb der zweiten Sektion (21) der Umhullung (6) ein zweiter, den zweiten Teil der zu kuhlenden Guter enthaltender Innenraum (12) erzeugt wird.f) Die erste Sektion (3) der Regaleinrichtung (2) und die zweite Sektion (19) der Regaleinrichtung (2) werden so aneinander gekoppelt, dass die erste Sektion (7) der Umhullung (6) und die zweite Sektion (21) der Umhullung (6) den ersten Innenraum (I) und den zweiten Innenraum (I2) gemeinsam umhullen, wobei in der ersten Sektion (7) in der Umhullung ein Uberstromquerschnitt (20) erzeugt wird, der mit dem Uberstromquerschnitt (20) der zweiten Sektion (21) der Umhullung (6) korrespondiert, so dass Luft durch die Uberstromquerschnitte (20) von dem ersten Innenraum (I) in den zweiten Innenraum (I2) stromen kann.
